🧭 How Our Cancellation Policy Works

Once your itinerary is finalized, we’ll share a clear summary of the specific cancellation and refund terms that apply to your trip. These are based on:

  • The lodges, hotels, and local partners included 
  • The travel dates (especially during high season) 
  • The payment timeline and confirmation schedule 

That said, our travelers can rest assured that we always advocate for them. We work directly with our partners to negotiate the most flexible policies available and the highest possible refunds in case changes arise.

In short: we’ll handle the logistics, so you don’t have to.

🔁 Rescheduling and Flexibility

In many cases, rescheduling your trip is possible — as long as it’s requested at least 35 to 65 days before your original departure date (depending on lodges and experiences) and the new travel dates fall within the next six months.
Keep in mind that changes in rates may apply due to updated flight costs, accommodation prices, or exchange fluctuations — but we’ll always provide transparent guidance before making any adjustments.
